AZ IRODAHÁZ ELHELYEZKEDÉSE

A Medve Corner irodaház a főváros II. kerületének központjában, a Medve utca és a Ganz utca sarkán két toronyból álló ikerépület, mélygarázzsal. Az irodaépület gépkocsival, valamint gyalogosan és tömegközlekedési eszközökkel is - a Margit körút (4-es, 6-os, 17-es villamos), és a Batthyány tér (2-es metró, 19-es, 41-es villamos, 109-es autóbusz) közelsége miatt - könnyen, gyorsan megközelíthető.

LOCATION OF THE BUILDING

Medve Corner office building is located in the center of the II.district, on the corner of Medve str. and Ganz str., consisting of two towers and an underground parking garage. The building can easily be accessed by car, or on foot and by public transportation - due to the proximity of Margit circuit (trams 4, 6 and 17) and Batthyány square (underground line 2, tram 19, 41 and bus 109).

AZ ÉPÜLET JELLEMZŐI

Az 1960-as évek közepén a Villamos Berendezés és Készülék Művek (VBKM), Puskás Tivadar építész tervei alapján építtette fel a vállalat irodaházát. A Víziváros rehabilitációja ezzel az első új épülettel kezdődött a környék romos épületeinek lebontásával egy időben. Az épületben kapott helyet a VBKM Fejlesztési Intézete, ERFI ? Elektronikai Fejlesztő Vállalat néven, mely egyben a névadója (ERFI Irodaház) is lett az épületnek. Az irodaház mellett lévő területen 2005-2006-ban felépült - a jelenlegi formában is látható - az akkor és most is irodaházként üzemelő modern, üvegborítású második torony, az épület alatti háromszintes mélygarázs, 172 parkolóhellyel. A 2005-2006-ban felépült ?A?,valamint a ?B? épület, 2018-ban teljes körű felújításon esett át. Az épület igényes belső kidolgozása már az előcsarnokban eleganciát sugároz. A földszinti előcsarnokot, valamint a lift előtereket márványkerámia lapok borítják, míg a homlokzat üvegfelület borításának köszönhetően természetes fény árad az irodahelyiségekbe, melyek szőnyegpadló borításukkal kellemes légkört biztosítanak. Az épület teljes egészében légkondicionált, beléptető rendszer és 5 felvonó üzemel a házban. A szinteken teakonyhák helyezkednek el. Megújult étterem biztosítja a bérlők étkezését, valamint tárgyalók is bérelhetők. Az épületegyüttes teljes alapterülete 5912m2.

DESCRIPTON OF THE BUILDING

The building was constructed in the 1960's by VBKM (Electrical Devices and Appliances Works) based on the plans of the famous architect Tivadar Puskás and became the headquarters of the company. The rehabilitation of the Vizivaros district started with this first new building along with the demolition of the neighbouring ruined buildings. The building was named after the R&D Institute of VBKM, the so called ERFI (Electronic Research and Development Company), that moved to the building. In 2005-2006 on the neighbouring plot the second, glass covered tower was built with a three story underground parking garage, that operated - and is still operating - as an office building. Building "A" and "B" - which was constructed in 2005-2006 - was taken over by Kométa-B Ltd. and has been fully renovated in 2018. The high standard interior of the building emits elegance already in the hall. The ground-floor hall and the forefront of the elevators are covered by marble surface plates, the glass facade ensures the natural illuination of the offices, where the wall-to-wall carpeting further improves the ambient. The building is fully air-conditioned, it has an electronic access control system and 5 elevators. Every floor is equipped with a kitchenette. A renewed restaurant serves the tenants, and meeting rooms are available for rent. The total floor space of the building is 5912 sqm.
